A collaboration with Alexandra Coffey, Georgie Jones and Lotus Bay Yoga’s Amy Weidlich brings you a delicious offering of sunrise celebration this summer in our hometown of Newcastle, NSW.
Alexandra Coffey Body Work Therapist in Newcastle East, Grow Where You Are Planted is a soulful clinic space opposite the Cowrie Hole between Nobby’s Beach and Newcastle Beach.
Stroll up from Shortland Esplanade and the beautiful Newcastle Ocean Baths for a range of massage, bodywork treatments. Or access via 1 Murray St which is the clinic’s street address in a manor house with an expansive balcony that is the perfect place for reflection and taking in the ocean.

This summer, Amy Weidlich YT500+ from Lotus Bay Yoga, along with Alex Coffey Body Work Therapist and Georgie Jones YT & Sound, offer a sunrise ritual practice on the balcony at Grow Where You Are Planted clinic.
Friday 27th December at Sunrise 90 min new year ritual, tempering the heart Fire with kidney Water to create an environment for growth.
The two hour practice will include a Sunrise Meditation Sit with Sublime Sounds, Qi Gong & Yin Yoga Practice with additional gifts of Body Work throughout.
