I confirm that I undertake this yoga practice being fully responsible for my own actions. I will not attempt anything I feel is beyond my capacity. I understand that my yoga teachers will take every care to instruct me to the best of their ability, however I am solely responsible for any result of such practice.

Vaccination and Testing

I confirm I am fully vaccinated. I will not attend the retreat if I am feeling unwell. If I become unwell I will immediately inform Lotus Bay Yoga and prepare to return home. I understand under this circumstance a refund is not possible. Before I travel I will take a RAT for Covid and will inform LBY if it is positive and I am unable to travel.

I am fully vaccinated, I am unable to take a RAT test before I depart as I recently had Covid within the last 5 weeks though I am fully recovered now, as the travel date 18th Feb 2022 is beyond the 7 day quarantine period required.
