Driftwood Living & Lotus Bay Yoga Celebrate a Calm Christmas

In the heart of Little Bay village in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Driftwood Living by Shanny Nichols and Lotus Bay Yoga by Amy Weidlich have cooked up something fun for Christmas and they think the locals are going to love it.

Driftwood Living will host it's first yoga class, lead by Yogini Amy Weidlich with the theme Keep Calm It's Christmas. A calming 1 hour practice at 8am on Saturday the 16th December has been planned and let's face it, at this time of year, what could be better? Yoga for you, then nail those perfect gift ideas for the ones you love afterwards, all in one place.

Little Bay's community spirit is alive all year round and founder of both local parent group Little Bay Mumma's and Lotus Bay Yoga - Amy Weidlich says the lead up to Christmas is a particularly important time of year to get connected.

"Christmas at it's best is about joy, fun, family and friends. At this time of year, it's essential that we take time out for ourselves to recharge and reconnect with the good vibes of summer," says Amy.

"I can't think of anything better than checking in to a yoga practice with Lotus Bay Yoga at Driftwood Living, then wandering down to Little Bay Beach for a refreshing swim afterwards."

Lotus Bay Yoga and Driftwood Living are delighted to announce they will be supporting The Smith Family Children's Charity with 25% of the class cost.

Tickets are $20 and bookings are essential. For more information or to chat about the class, contact Amy Weidlich via the Contact Us page here at Lotus Bay Yoga.
