Join our friend James for a meditation sit in the welcoming beach house vibe of Driftwood Living, the home of Lotus Bay Yoga. This is not a learn to meditate course, instead we are simply inviting those of you with an established meditation practice to enjoy the energy, motivation and peacefulness of sitting amongst a group of fellow meditation practitioners.
We meet at 6.15am for a 6.30am start. We’ll sit for 30 mins and then move gently into the day.
